How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link and ID. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey right to your door.

Here’s how to track your order:

1. Check your inbox – Look for the shipping confirmation email from us. It contains your tracking number and link.

2. Click the link – It will take you to the courier’s tracking page with real-time updates.

3. Wait for activation – Your tracking ID may take up to 1 business day to become active after dispatch.

4. Didn’t receive it? – Check your spam or junk folder, just in case it landed there.

Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

My order arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. What should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! If something in your order isn’t right, we’re here to fix it quickly.

Here’s what to do:

1. Submit a refund request through our Contact Us form.

2. Include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The name/code of the affected product
  • A clear photo showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item

What are your delivery timeframes?

Once you receive your order confirmation email, please allow the following delivery times:

  • Urban addresses: 1-3 business days
  • Rural & Outer Islands: 3-5 business days

🕒 Please also allow up to 1 business day for order processing as we carefully prepare your items for dispatch. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
